Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information (such as health conditions or medical history) to only those uses necessary to perform the services you request.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive a different price, quality of service, or level of access as a result of exercising these rights.

How We Use Your Data
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- Building privacy-safe audience segments for use by healthcare advertisers in digital advertising campaigns
- Providing audience analytics, reach estimates, and campaign performance measurement to advertising clients
- Identity resolution to connect device graphs and match audience segments across channels
- Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and abuse detection
- Improving the quality and accuracy of our audience models
- Complying with legal obligations, including responding to law enforcement requests and regulatory requirements
- Communicating with clients, partners, and business contacts about our products and services
Sale and Sharing of Data
Summit Audience Segments is in the business of providing audience data to healthcare advertisers, brands, and agencies. Under the CCPA, this constitutes the "sale" and/or "sharing" of personal information. We share pseudonymized audience segment data with:
- Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) — for programmatic ad targeting
- Data Management Platforms (DMPs) — for audience syndication
- Healthcare advertisers and agencies — for direct audience activation
- Identity resolution providers — for cross-device matching
We do not sell your name, physical address, or financial account information to third parties. All data shared is pseudonymized and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a privacy rights request using any of the following methods:
- Online Form: Complete the opt-out form on this page (right side or below on mobile)
- Email: Send a request to privacy@summitaudiencesegments.com with your name, email address, and the type of request
- Authorized Agent: A California resident may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization.

Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before processing a deletion or "right to know" request. We will match the information you provide against personal information we hold in our systems. The verification requirements depend on the sensitivity of the information requested:
- Standard requests: We will match at least two data points (e.g., email and zip code)
- Specific pieces of personal information: We may require government ID verification or a signed declaration under penalty of perjury
Opt-out requests (Do Not Sell/Share) do not require identity verification.
